SETTINGS APP FREEZES ANYTIME I ACCESS MY BLOCKED CONTACT LIST

My iphone’s settings freezes anytime i try to access my blocked contacts list.

My iphone’s update is up to date.

i have reseted the iphone and done everything i have to do including backing up, updating my phone and still am not able to access it and my settings still freezes anytime i try to access my block list.

Please kindly help me solve this issue please.
