I-phone 11 freezing

This has been addressed in the past - phone is freezing. Can’t shut down, apps either won’t open or won’t function as they used to. For example, answering text messages no problem, leave the program, go back in no texting possible. Need to restart the phone to use the app. Suggestions were to do a hard restart. Have done so a number of times to no avail. Any other solutions? Or is my phone done already?

  1. Ensure that you have enough free storage space on your iPhone. To find out the available free storage space on your iPhone, open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ About ➡️ Available: Here, you should have more than 10GB of available free space for your iPhone to function efficiently.
  2. If you have ample free storage space on your iPhone, then You may have a poor battery condition which cannot provide sufficient power for peak performance. What is the Battery Health of your iPhone? Open Settings  Battery  Battery Health and let us know which percentage you see for Maximum Capacity. Also note what is written under Peak Performance. If your battery's Maximum Capacity shows a value of 80% or less, then it has gone through its lifecycle and therefore should be replaced, according to Apple.
