video keeps pausing automatically

Hi I've recently updated to 13.3.1 and my MacBook Pro keeps pausing video and altering my audio selection whilst playing. This is the same for Netflix, Youtube etc.

I have reinstalled but that worked for a little while then the same problem came back. Has anyone had the same issues and does anyone have any idea how to fix this? Never had an issue with the laptop before the update!

This issue might be caused by a faulty connection in the headphones or the headphone jack.

Ensure the headphone jack is securely plugged into the MacBook Pro. Sometimes, a loose connection can cause intermittent pauses.
Disconnect and then reconnect the headphones to see if the issue persists.
Try using a different pair of headphones to determine if the problem is with the original pair.
Inspect the headphone cable and connector for any visible damage or wear that might be causing connectivity issues.
Dust or debris in the headphone jack can cause poor connectivity. Use a soft brush or a can of compressed air to gently clean the headphone jack.
