Was the display changed at an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center?

• No. You had an unauthorized repair performed on your iPhone. Apple will no longer assist you with this iPhone.

It sounds like you had the display replace and Face ID is not working. I recommend that you take your iPhone back to where you had the repairs performed and have them take a look at it.
