how to transfer money from my bank to my apple savings?

So, for some reason I’ve reached the limits of what can be entered in this forum and can’t post any more screen shots. I have no clue how to proceed. Sorry to leave members stranded. I hope you can figure it out.

I set up an Apple Savings. I linked the account to my existing bank so I could transfer money to the new Apple savings. It said the account needed to be verified. I called Goldman Sachs support. Finally got through. They said they were having issues. The rep said to go through my existing bank and try to transfer to the new Apple savings. I was able to do that but my existing bank account only allows $2000 a week to be transferred. I still can't initiate the transfer from my new Apple savings. It still says that the account I am trying to transfer from is not verified even though it let me transfer when initiated from my existing bank. I have been on hold now with Goldman Sachs for 1 hour and 6 minutes. Very frustrated. Why can't they verify my account? Why can't they answer the phone?

I waited on hold for a Goldman Sachs rep for 1 hour and 30 minutes to discuss getting my account verified so I can transfer funds into my Apple savings account. The rep was going to call my bank and then we would have a conference call to do that, but the time they got to me my bank was closed…:( now I have to call back monday and wait again to hopefully complete this then…. Man this is frustrating.

After another hour plus long call, I was finally able to get a GS rep to do a 3 way call with my local bank and verify the account I already had attached to pay my apple card. Know I can transfer funds to my apple savings account with that same account!! I almost had given up! Good luck All!!

I am trying to deposit a large amount of money to my apple savings account.

My bank will only allow me to add 5000 per week to my apple cash. I can do an external

transfer to goldman sachs up to 5000 per month. They are a Credit Union and will not do a 3 way phone call.

Can I write a check thru online banking to my apple savings account?

I thought this would be simple when I planned to move money from a high yield savings to this Apple one... I was sorely mistaken.
