Game progress was lost after transfer to new IPad

My dad recently got a new iPad and after getting all of it manually transferred at the Apple Store, he was back to level 1 in boom beach. Everything was backed up right before so we were told that all the games would transfer and that he wouldn’t lose his progress. Is there any way to get his progress back?

This is very specific game center question... like one game Hello All: I have acquired a 6th generation iPad and I only want to use a specific game on it; Roller Coaster Tycoon Classic. For the past year, I have been using my daughters iPad to play this game and have gotten very far along. All I want to do is download all the progress I have made on the newly acquired iPad. On the new iPad, I logged in to her iCloud and Game Center the way that it's set up on her iPad to replicate it and while it shows all my achievements and trophies, the progression is not showing at all. It's as if I started from the beginning again. Is there something I am missing here to get my game progression on this new iPad?

LEGO Star Wars: Battles progress not restoring on iPhone/Mac Hello. I’m experiencing an issue with my game progress in LEGO Star Wars: Battles. I hadn’t played the game for a long time. Recently, I switched from my old iPhone to a new one, and I also noticed that the game is now available on Mac. I decided to return to the game and launched it on my Mac, but my previous progress was not restored — the game started from the beginning. What’s strange is that my Game Center still shows achievements from earlier, including one for a high score. However, the actual game progress was not restored either on the Mac or on my iPhone. I am using the same Apple ID and Game Center account as before. I also never received any notification about my game data being deleted. Is there any way to restore my previous game progress? Thank you in advance for your help.

How can you reinstall game without losing progress? I allowed my granddaughter to use my iPad and she deleted my Differences app. She’s only 6 and I figured she didn’t know better. But she actually deleted my game to make space for a game she wanted to play. When I reinstalled it ALL MY PROGRESS was gone. It took me way back to level 1! My iPad is a 10.2 9th Gen. I’ve been playing this game for YEARS and I’m addicted to it. So if there’s any way that my progress can be restored PLEASE PLEASE help me.

Boom Beach is a third-party app, so we'll try to provide you with some information to get you headed in the right direction. Based on the developer website, the game progress should have synced with Game Center. You can learn how to save your base, restore it, and get help with lost accounts here: Questions | Boom Beach
