How do I confirm the bank account that I want to connect to my Savings account?

Thank you! When I took these steps, I was instructed to contact Support to confirm my account. I then tried calling Support, and the agent tried to transfer me to another agent for help. There was so much background noise on the call that it made me suspicious about the professionalism of this new savings account business. I hate to miss the higher interest rate, but I think I will keep my funds in an account with a slightly lower interest but better access to professional support.
