Bank accounts cannot be linked to Apple Wallet for use with Apple Pay. If your account has a debit card (not an ATM card) associated with the account, you can add the associated card. Please follow the steps in the Apple Support article on adding cards to Apple Wallet and setting up Apple Pay.
