Repair/Replacement of Iphone 13

I have been using apple phone since many years. I bought Iphone 13 in octobor last year ,it has started showing some issues so on contacting customer center they denied repairing it saying it has some other internal damage .On asking for replacement i was asked to pay 50 k for the same though my phone is still in warranty. I am unable to contact apple directly due to lack of mail id. I am clueless how to resolve this issue.

Apple may restrict warranty service for iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and HomePod to the country where Apple or its Authorized Distributors originally sold the device.

Extracted from the above link for you.

"This Warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (c) to damage caused by use with a third party component or product that does not meet the Apple Product’s specifications (Apple Product specifications are available at www.apple.com/ca under the technical specifications for each product and also available in stores); (d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause; (e) to damage caused by operating the Apple Product outside Apple’s published guidelines; (f) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider (“AASP”); (g) to an Apple Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Apple; (h) to damage caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Apple Product, (i) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the Apple Product; or (j) if Apple receives information from relevant public authorities or registries that the product has been stolen or if you are unable to deactivate passcode-enabled or other security measures designed to prevent unauthorized access to the Apple Product, and you cannot prove in any way that you are the authorized user of the product (e.g., by presenting proof of purchase). To the extent permitted by local law, Apple may provide hardware identifier information from the Apple Product to such authorities or registries for security and fraud prevention purposes."

You will need to resolve the issue with your Apple ID before you can proceed with any type of repair at Apple. You could always purchase a new device but if you would like to have the phone serviced, knowing that is a must. On the other side of things there is the physical damage to the device. If Apple has found additional damage (usually liquid) they will not do any repair on the device, whether it is in warranty or not. Having damage to the device supersedes the factory warranty. If the device was free from damage, it would cost nothing to repair it.
