I just switched to a new Mac Mini running macOS Ventura version 13.3.1 and the scanner function on my Epson NX430 will not run. It runs fine on my MacBookAir. What am I missing?

Are you able to scan using the Image Capture app in your Application folder?
Epson website has an ICA driver for scanning with Image Capture.
Hold Option key and click the Apple menu, then choose "System Information". Select "Printer" and post the pic like this:
I checked the printer app on the MacMini vs the printer app on my MacBook Air. Both computers are running the same version of Mac OS Ventura 13.3.1. On my Air the Printer shows the Scanner being on and active. On the MacMini the Scanner function is Off. I have been able to scan on the MacMini using the new Image Capture app in the OS. The Epson Scanner software seems to be located there in the system.
I just don't understand why or how they got there when I upgraded to the new computer from my old iMac desktop and why the scanning feature does not show up in the printer app.
