2023 Toyota Tacoma multimedia system autodials my phone number on startup

When I start up my Toyota, the multimedia system autodials my phone number and the touch screen doesn't let me end the call. Has anyone had the same issue and/or a solution?

Toyota forum users suggest unpairing the phone, restarting the phone, and then reconnecting to bluetooth. I haven't been able to get this approach to work.

Issues go back to 2017/2018 on the forums. There are no new suggestions listed.
