iphone 14 pro camera - blurry videos
I am writing to express my disappointment with the persistent camera problem on my iPhone, which I purchased in October-November. Despite visiting the Apple customer support center 4-5 times, I have not received any solution to the problem.
The issue is that the camera produces blurry videos that are unusable. I have not been able to use the phone at all, and this is not what I signed up for when I purchased an iPhone.
On my first two visits, the customer agent was unable to replicate the issue and asked me to go back. On my subsequent visits, I was asked to make more recent videos. When I presented videos taken during my recent trip, I was told that the videos should be made in the country where I am showing my phone. This is confusing to me, as it suggests that my phone may not work when I travel.
I am super frustrated with this issue. The fact that it is not functioning properly has severely impacted my ability to capture important moments and it ruined my trips.
Any suggestions to fix the problem are welcome.
