I'm a new iPhone user and I'm having trouble with my payment information. I'm trying to buy a Video Star subscription with my new debit card, but I get an error message saying my payment information is not valid.

im trying to pay money with my crad but is not working because someone steal my phone and run away and l ask goggles what to download and track him down but my payment refuses to drop why is it like
