I have been paying for Apple TV for sometime and how do I use it? Should I have some additional hardware?

What is Apple TV and how do you use it? Should I have some additional hardware like a reception box and or remote?

I assume you're talking about the "Apple TV+" streaming service. Some good programming on there. Current versions of Apple OSes include the Apple TV app (watch movies etc on your Mac or iPad), you can buy and Apple TV device from Apple (you're in the Apple TV hardware support forum now), or you can find the Apple TV+ app on numerous 3rd-party Smart TVs and streaming media players (Roku, Fire Stick, etc).
