Apple Mail

I am one of many users who have an issue with Apple mail printing small size fonts making it difficult for recipients to read my mails in case they print it. Surprisingly saw very defensive responses on user community conversations with Apple. Please guide.

Regardless in what Font Type or Fonts Size the Originator of this e-mail may have composed in .


Once the e-mail is send, the User ( you ) has Zero control on how the Recipients e-mail Client ( Application ) will render the e-mail.


Some e-mail client will respect the the Font Type and / or Font Size while others will not and render it as the Recipients e-mail Client understands it


You always try composing in " Plain Text " format
