I did not make that purchase.

Who did? That is what needs to be determined and what actions should be taken.

For an in-app purchase managed by Apple, it requires a person to double click the side button, followed by verification with TouchID/FaceID or Passcode. That is not something that can be done by accident and if not done by you, then your phone has been compromised and you need to immediately change your Passcode, Password, and any financial accounts you have in your Wallet. This cannot be done remotely, so it would mean someone had physical access to your device and knew your Passcode. If you give someone else your Passcode, you have authorized them to make purchases.

With that information, what have you gathered when you review your Purchase History to identify what the charge is for:

View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support

If you do not see the charge in your Purchase History, then it is not being managed by Apple and we would need to know the exact description of the charge you see. Any charge from a subscription/free trial made on a website will directly charge your payment method and it is not managed by Apple. To cancel those or request a refund, you would need to contact that website where the charge initiated.

It may be a legitimate charge. Have you looked at your subscriptions top determine if you’re being billed for a subscription that you’ve forgotten about? Apple also will combine several charges that occur on the same day. Batch processing of several items can confuse people as well.

Please go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ and look at recent purchases and subscription renewals. The alternative is reach out directly to Apple Support team. I’ve linked an Apple Support article that will help you directly contact Apple Support.

Charges on your device are only possible by double clicking the side button with the amount showing on the screen, followed by authorization using FaceID/TouchID or Passcode. It is not something that can be done by accident. If you started a free trial, you must cancel that trial at least 24 hours before that trial period ends to avoid a subscription. If you are the Organizer of a Family Plan using Purchase Sharing, then you have authorized other members to charge your payment method. If you share your Apple ID with someone else, they can make charges to your Apple Account as well.

Provide screenshots of the above links and the exact description of the charge you see on your billing statement and we can assist further.

If your cards are being used fraudulently then you need to contact your bank and the local police. Your bank is responsible for permitting fraudulent charges.

If you do not recognize the charges, you may have subscriptions with Apple? Have you contacted Apple in regard to this issue?

How do I stop charging from Apple Card

Not exactly sure what you are looking to accomplish:

  • If you have a subscription that is being managed by Apple, then stop the charging by cancelling the subscription.

  • If you have a subscription from a third party, then you need to contact them to cancel the charges
  • If you want to close your Apple Card Account

How i cant stop apple debitcard, every man cut my money at my bank

You would need to first identify what the charge are for and if you have any subscriptions that need to be cancelled. Feel free to post a screenshot of what you see at these 2 links:

If there is not information there that matches, then it would not appear to be managed by Apple, so please provide:

  • The exact description of the charge
  • The amount of the charge
  • Where you see the charge?
  • Is it from an email/message or the actual billing statement provided by your bank?
