I received my new phone 4 days ago and it’s been getting really hot randomly. Not just when I have it on charge, but when I’m talking on it, playing a game or just listening to a podcast! Does anyone know if Apple will replace a phone with this issue??

If you still think your 14 is overheating, for your peace of mind I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> https://locate.apple.com/choose-country-region . After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
