My phone no longer has internet service after this update. My iPhone X was automatically updated last night to iOS 16.7.6. Now my internet isn't working. I've tried restarting already.

See If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. If you're trying to update over the air try using iTunes or Finder instead, or vice versa.
