MBP M1 keeps restarting and not responding

Hi guys,

Can someone assist me in this regard please, I am using MBP M1 with Ventura 13.3,

01) My touch bar went dark and still, I can't see anything in it but when I touch random it's working,

02) When I turn it on and enter the password, it's not booting up and struck the login screen, after a while it will restart automatically.

03) If I kept in the login screen Mac isn't responding until I restart, when it's restarted touch bar just splashes for a second and goes back to dark.

I will share the crash report here can someone help me please as I am struggling to do my office activities?

thanks in advance
