iPhone 13 PRO camera shake

My iPhone 13 Pro Max camera 3x zoom is vibrating and buzzing werid noise while taking pictures

is it a hardware issue that I should fix or setting

Since it's making noises you should get it fixed.

I have the same thing on my iPhone 8: since I updated on iOS 16.4.1, my camera sensor is shaking like crazy except on the slow motion mode

Same thing with my 13 pro max

I took it to Apple Store they wiped it out and reset it and still same issue. They referred me to my carrier if I had insurance. No help
