I’ve tried everything you have printed for colon and semicolon - ICANNOT access this. HELP

Exactly where are you trying to type a colon?
If you have tried "everything" then what would you have us suggest?
Also, this is a user to user forum, we users have not printed anything.
The colon should be in the 123 section of the iPhone onscreen keyboard if you are using the English language. Other languages may have it some where else. Also, if the area where you are writing does not support colons such as an email address field, there the colon will not be available.
