Phone calls started to drop randomly after I’ve connected my Apple Watch

Hey! So couple of weeks ago I’ve connected my Apple Watch series 8 to my iPhone and realized that both incoming and outgoing phone calls started to drop randomly. It can be 30 seconds or 2, rarely 3 min or so into my phone call when it suddenly drops.

I did a little experiment: I took off my Apple Watch, turned it off and made 2 outgoing calls, and accepted 2 incoming calls - and everything was perfectly fine. I stayed on the line as long as I wanted, the calls weren’t cut off.

And the weirdest thing is that couple of seconds before the drop the Speaker icon on the screen of my iPhone (during an call) activates like I tapped it, but I didn’t.

What’s going on?!
