Imessage
I turned off my iMessage just for a second to do something, and now it won’t connect to my phone number. What do I do?

Wait. It may take some time before your phone number is again registered in iMessages. However, you can try this. Go to Settings → Messages → disable iMessages again.
After that, turn off your iPhone completely. Wait a minute and turn on again. Make sure you are connected to your Carrier, this is important, otherwise your number cannot be registered, and make sure you have a connection to Mobile Data (4G, 5G)
Then go back to Settings → Messages and enable iMessages and wait. It can take a few minutes and it can take an hour+. Most often it happens quickly.
