Radiation damage from my iPhone

what to do if i start getting signs of radiation damage from my iphone?

i’ve been having several similar symptoms from radiation exposure whenever a phone has a battery issue and especially since there’s been some saying that specifically an iphone 11 emits more radiation than the law intended. why should i do?
