Calls going to wrong phone

If you are using the same SIM on the new iPhone then there wouldn't be any issue.

If you have asked your service provider to do so then the transfer is not complete yet. Ask them to complete the transfer.

There is nothing on the iPhone that can change this.

This is purely a Carrier Specific issue.
