How to fix caller ID issue on iPhone 16e?

The caller name is not showing when someone calls outside of my contact list. AT&T is my carrier. I have an Iphone 16e. I spoken with AT&T support multiple times. They are saying it is Apple's issue.

I have reset my network settings.

AT&T sent a new esim to my phone.

I have the AT&T plan that includes caller ID.

AT&T checked to make sure caller ID is not blocked.

It is not because the callers do not show up on other people phones. My sister has a company phone and her name shows as her company name on everyone else's phone. All I see is her phone number.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get my caller ID working?

I have been with AT&T for many years and I really do not want to change carriers, but if I cannot get it working I will not have a choice.
