Looking to buy a second hand , near new phone , I have completed the IMEI checks and serial number checks , all have come back clean. Is there a way Apple can change the warranty and other detail over to me. The other thing I am concerned about is the previous owner making an insurance claim on the phone and then locking it . Is there a way to stop this after purchase?
