My new MacBook wont sync with outlook for archived or deleted messages. It works from my iphone but not my new MacBook. I have tried every setting. Emails are piling up on my phone and I can’t archive from there so it is a huge problem. If I delete on my phone it reflects on my MacBook but not the other way. If I archive on my computer to file emails it won’t disappear on my phone. How can I fix this.

Sign out of your Apple ID on all devices then immediately sign back in using the exact same Apple ID. Synchronization is established via your Apple ID.
I tried this. My phone is loading still with hundreds of emails from the last week. When I delete emails on my macbook or archive they don't show as deleted or archived on my phone. When I delete on my phone they delete on my MacBook. I need my phone to reflect my Macbook as that is where I work (including delete and archive into my gmail storage). My gmail email account works perfectly both directions. My exchange enterprise work account is the problem and that is the only one not syncing. I have looked at every setting and can't figure it out including restarting my computer and wiping the computer as a full reset (like as a new computer). If you can help I would be so grateful.
