Outlook on iphone and PC

Outlook seems to sync (receiving) on both the iphone and PC but when I delete emails on the PC it doesn't sync with the iphone. Yet when I delete emails on the iphone it syncs with the PC. Appreciate any suggestions to fix the issue.

That is definitely an issue with your PC and nothing to do with your phone.

Hello vesna34,

From the description provided, the iPhone seems to be performing as expected.

As always, the first thing we would suggest would be to power cycle any device that is not performing as expected. While simple, this can refresh the operating system, apps and connections.

If the issue continues, we would suggest reaching out to Microsoft, as they are going to be the experts for both Windows and Outlook.

Have a good day.

It sounds like you have email setup as IMAP on your phone and POP on your computer. IMAP keeps the emails on the server so you can see it, edit it , delete it from multiple locations. POP downloads the email to the device you are on so it won't sync across multiple devices.

First, email to yourself, all the emails that are only saved on your computer that you want to save. Then delete the email account, and recreate it using an IMAP setup.
