Download from where?

normally, documents will download in whatever format it is presented wherever it is being downloaded from. You cannot change the format of a download unless wherever you are downloading from offers that option before it downloads the file.

If the website offers a way to select a format, but still downloads a docx file then the issue is in the website with the download option. Not much to do there but let the website know.

If this is not the case, then please explain exactly and in as much detail as possible what you are doing, and where you are downloading this file from.

Download it from where? If it’s a docx file, you can’t just magically download it as a pdf. It is what it is.

You could convert the docx file to pdf by ‘printing’ the document to a pdf file…
