So much wrong with ios 16.4.1

I updated to ios 16.4.1 a few days ago. Almost immediately, I started noticing issues with Wi-Fi connection and Bluetooth connections. Yesterday, my phone started freezing and restarting itself. Camera freezes and won't work, and worst, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth will not even turn on. I have tried everything I can find - airplane mode on/off, restarting the phone, restoring network settings, and even a complete wipe and reinstall to the phone. Nothing is working, and no one seems to be able to solve it. I even tried reaching out to Apple, but was basically told to try to restart and forget the network settings (which I had already done), and if that didn't work, to go to an Apple store (but there isn't one near me). Apple, help!! Anyone else having similar issues after the update?
