Can’t enter new Apple ID password on Watch

Fraudulent charge on my Apple Card. Apple made me change my Apple ID password to initiate a dispute (which is stupid, but that’s another story). So I did that. but now I cannot enter the new password on my Watch… it includes a lower-case N, and no matter how carefully I sketch an “n” it’s registered as a capital “N.” I don’t see a way to pull up the on screen keyboard.

Help?

Hey Stephen Fleming,

When prompted to enter your password, if you don't see the keyboard, swipe up from the the bottom of the display, you should then see a keyboard button you can tap to pull up the keyboard.

Other alternatives are to use Siri to type in the password. Understands and differentiates between upper or lower case commands. For example if you are entering your password and say 'lower case N', it will type one.

Let us know if that helps.

Cheers!
