Apple Watch Series 5 keeps asking for iCloud password

I recently changed my Apple ID because of a scammer issue. There is no keyboard on series 5 and I am not going to hunt for one elsewhere to download so how can I deal with this issue?

Did you try to type the Apple Account password on the keyboard on your iPhone?

Make sure that on your iPhone in Settings/Notifications/Apple Watch keyboard is enabled.

Then bring your iPhone near the Apple Watch. When the watch asks for the Apple Account password, you should get a message on your iPhone, asking, if you want to use the iOS keyboard to type the password and send it to the Apple Watch.
