Recently i found that my procreate was deleted, which i assume was because i hadn’t used it in a while. I was about to use it so i went to the app store to redownload it but its asking me to pay for it again? I checked my purchase history and it also wasn’t there. Please help

You have quick access to App Library by tapping the App Library icon in the iPad's Dock.
I checked my purchase history and it also wasn’t there.
On your iPad you can check /search:
Go to -> Settings -> tap your profile -> tap Media and purchases -> View account -> log in.
Scroll to and tap -> Purchase history -> tap the last 90 days.
You will then see a list of 'years' and you can select a year to view.
You should know approximately what year you purchased.
Do you use the same Apple ID?
