My MacBook Pro is only about 3 months old, used a handful of times. The login screen no longer has my picture and won’t accept the correct password. I can I put a password many time but the option to reset doesn’t come up. I’ve have tried every way online to rectify, holding down combinations of buttons, start in safe mode, but nothing works it just goes back to the same log in screen. Helppp

Does the login have any picture for the account?
Or is it just presenting you with the option to fill in both the username & password?
Is this your own personal laptop purchased directly from Apple?
Or did you purchase this laptop through your employer or school?
Or from a third party reseller?
Did your school or employer ever configure anything on your laptop?
