iCloud could not be activated because of a server error

What is this error and why can I not get it to go away. It has been on my screen since the day I bought my mac mini. I use icloud every day, login from web, no issues, all of my stats and icloud features work just fine on my mini. What gives?

Server error updating iCloud I recently updated my OS and have since gotten a notice for the new terms and conditions agreement for the iCloud. I've read the terms but when I click on "I Agree" the agreement isn't accepted as I get the following error message "iCloud could not be activated because of a server error. Please try again." Same for me, since the first day I opened by macbook pro.
