Logic Pro X (Audio and External MIDI issues)

So I've done everything from opening the app using control/Don't Launch audio core, to enabling all advanced settings, enabling Software and Input Audio Monitoring, Master Volume, Musical Typing, as well as trying the In/Output on System settings and Built-Ins but there is still nothing coming out. Is there anything else here that I should try?

LogicPro is not Working. A bug where the configuration panel does not work properly in Logic Pro after upgrading to Mac Ventura. Even if I try to change the audio output device, it doesn't change and just keeps telling me to deactivate. Speaking as that voiceover user, I was trying to change the device in the audio input/output device, but it said that it was deactivated and it was not selected.

Logic Pro X. The last selected audio interface is not available. Before anyone answers/asks, I do not swap interfaces. I use the same interface (RME Fireface UCX) permanently plugged in via USB in my studio. That interface is selected as the interface in both system audio preferences and Logic Pro X and has been for months. Yet I still get this message every time I start Logic. The app is quit every time before machine shutdown. It's more annoying than a blocker, but I'm worried that it means there's another problem elsewhere that I'm not aware of.

MIDI and Musical Typing stops working mid project While working in Logic, my MIDI keyboard and Musical Typing stops generating sound. Logic detects a MIDI input in both cases (visible in the display) but no audio. It works completely fine, and suddenly stops working. If i start a new project it works as normal, but if I go back to the old project the issue persists. A workaround I did was importing all project settings into a new project. However this was a tideous process, and messed up my routings and structure. Any idea how to fix this weird issue? Logic Pro 10.7.9
