Why does my location turns in big circle when still in one location

A tree could have grown taller, a WiFi network could have changed. A cell tower could have been adjusted. If this just happened recently, it could be as simple as the trees leafing out now that it's spring.

Also, make sure your husband hasn't turned WiFi off. People sometimes do that because they think it will save battery life (it really doesn't). That can have a huge effect.

The accuracy of the phone's location capabilities depends on a number of factors. While GPS, under ideal conditions is accurate to about 16 feet, that is under an open sky. If your husband is in a building, that will interfere with the accuracy. To some degree, that can be compensated for by location information from cellular and WiFi networks, called "Assisted GPS". But only to some extent.

Location services, unless using GPS, isn't very accurate so it will give an approximate area of where the device is.
