MacBook pro M1

Hello, I have a MacBook pro m1 computer

that when I turn it on there are 4 green bars on the screen that show as if the computer is charging and about to turn on

And when I connect it to a docking station to see if the screen came up then I see that it really came up but I can't do anything on the screen

I only see the mouse moving and I can't enter a password or go to the settings

As if the display doesn't come up properly, is there anything that can be done?

I tried to find an answer on Google without an answer

It is written that maybe the computer is in sleep mode, but when I did the setup, nothing helped

Please help me as soon as possible before I send it for repair

Hi,

Try to check your MacBook Pro with Apple Diagnostics if it's caused by hardware related issue.

Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support

If it doesn't help, you'd better take your MacBook Pro to your local retail AppleStore, Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro there.
