Can't use the mobile app on an updated iPhone 13. It always requires me to reset password on a web browser. Updated the app but still requires me to reset password on the web browser again. Refers me to use the app. Cannot to log into the app. Requires me to reset password again on the browser. Tried so many times and exhausted my patience. Unable to use Capital One app to make payments.

iPhone 6s, iOS 11

Capital One Mobile app requires iOS 15.0 or later.


If your iPhone is an iPhone 6S you can update to iOS 15.7.5, you can check by reading this Apple article:

iPhone models compatible with iOS 12 -> iOS 16.

iPhone models compatible with iOS 15.5 – Apple Support (UK)


Go to Settings -> General -> Software Update -> Download and Install.

 

You need about 6 GB device storage and good Service and/or Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.

Note: If your iPhone is an iPhone 6 -> The last security updates iOS 12.5.7, it can’t be update to a higher iOS 13 or later.
