stuck on the authorization success page when trying to add new payment method to phone

I tried adding shoppe pay as a payment method on my phone but when i got to the authorization success page, it would be stuck on the page and the payment method would not get added to my phone even though it said authorization success

Since the process looks to be going through most of the way, then stopping, we suggest that you restart your iPhone and try again.


First, follow this guidance to restart fully: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support.

      1. "Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
      2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
      3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo."



Then, follow these steps to re-add your payment method: Add a payment method to your Apple ID - Apple Support

      1. "Open the Settings app.
      2. Tap your name.
      3. Tap Media & Purchases, then tap View Account. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
      4. Tap Manage Payments.
      5. Tap Add Payment Method.
      6. Enter the payment method details, then tap Done."
