Random Morning Alarm

Alarm goes off once or twice a week at 6:30am. No alarm is set, no Bedtime, and no Sleep focus. iPhone 12 Pro.

I’ve tried deleting all alarms and start over many times.

I’ve checked iCal. Nothing.

Apple discussions shows this has happened to over 4K but said to start a new discussion.

Anyone know what is happening, WHY, and how to fix it?

Thank you.

Hello Teraisa Goldman,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities!

We want to help you stop the unwanted alarm on your iPhone.

Even though it sounds like you've already checked for existing alarms, we want to make sure you've taken the proper steps.

Try to open the Clock app, then tap the Alarm tab. Check for your alarms here.

Use these steps to delete the unwanted alarm if so:

"How to delete an alarm

  • Swipe left over the alarm and tap Delete.
  • Tap Edit, tap the Delete button , then tap Delete.
  • Tap Edit, tap the alarm, then tap Delete Alarm."

This Apple Support page has the full details: How to set and change alarms on your iPhone - Apple Support

Or do you have any other apps that would set an alarm?

If the issue continues after you've taken all relevant steps, please reach out to an Apple Support Advisor for further assistance: Apple Support

We hope this helps to resolve the issue and remove the unwanted alarm.

Cheers!
