an alarm on my iPhone 14 started going off every Saturday at 6:15am. I have no alarms set. I checked my reminders and calendar. I upgraded my software. I restarted my phone. I can’t tell if these things work until next Saturday when it May or may not go off.

If you went to the Clock app and there is no alarm set there, then I would see if you recently downloaded some app that provides some type of alarm or notification. There is also the Sleep alarm that is set separately from the other alarms, but they are all accessed on the same page. Do you also have an Apple Watch, as you can set alarms there separately from the iPhone.
