ApplePlus app on Samsung smart TV - Video not Available
I'm suddenly unable to watch Ted Lasso on my Samsung TV. I get a message that states "Video Not Available There's a problem loading this video. If this continues, check you internet connection."
It first appeared last week about midway through episode 6 and now any further episodes have the same problem. I see this is a common issue and yet after reviewing the MANY similar posts here and on Apple TV support, there does not seem to be any direction given for a possible solution.
- Internet connection verified good.
- We're able to watch on an iPad
- App on the TV is the latest version
- TV is of recent manufacture
- Ran video/streaming test: No problems found
- I've tried all the generic troubleshooting suggestions found in other posts
