How Do I Change Call Notifications to Full Screen?

So a previous visitor raised the following issue , which prompted the attached response: iPhone won’t ring while watching videos on Facebook

I FOUND THE SOLUTION!!! Go to settings, turn the call notification style from banner to full screen, this will automatically pause the video that’s playing, and allow your phone to ring.

I am experiencing this same problem.

I am having difficulty figuring out how to change that call notification from the banner I have been getting, to the full screen notification.

Would someone please submit step by step written instructions how to change the call notification banner to a full screen notification in settings? I am extremely grateful for your efforts. 😃😀😃😀🙂🙏

You’ve mentioned that you’re encountering an issue with incoming calls but only when watching videos in the Facebook app. Just to clarify, when not watching videos in the Facebook app, is everything working as you’d like it?

Based on the solution you posted it sounds like that setting would be in Settings > Notifications > Phone. However, if they were speaking about a notification setting within the Facebook app itself, you my need to check those settings within the app but also sometimes an app will have notification settings in Settings > Notifications > app name.
