My iPhone 11 is in “SOS ONLY” mode and I’m not sure why or how this happened.. my SIM card is in the phone but it’s saying “NO SIM”. This same SIM card is working fine in my iPhone 6s Plus and I’ve also tried a different SIM card in the iPhone 11 but it still says the same thing.
If you see No Service or Searching in the status bar on your iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular), your device isn't connected to a cellular network. If you see SOS or "SOS only" in the status bar, your device can still make emergency calls.
