Slow login (before to write password)

I'me experiencing a very slow ( 7/8 seconds) login process . This is the time to wait before to write the password.

I tried to reset PRAM, SMC and NVram

Start with this...

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes or more.

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.

You can use Drive DX to possibly get a better view of Drive health…

I've just used the apps and the Apple diagnose. All the hardware are working well

Sometimes the login process is good. I don't understand which is the software issue

There are no login apps or agents on startup

I tried to load Os in safe mode but in normal mode the time to digit the password is still a lot
