Cannot Submit a Web Form

Hi folks. I'm having an issue and it's stumped me. I cannot submit a web form. I've tried three browsers, turn off Chrome extensions, tried an Incognito window, and even my iPhone. Nothing seems to work. A friend said he submitted fine, and it worked.

Anybody know why this isn't working? Truly odd.

Cheers

My Wifi was off. I've rebooted the router. The site works. I posted to their "contact us" form. Everything else works. I don't use proxies nor vpns. Just tried it twice again. No warnings, anything.

Things that I'm looking for are what version of Chrome are you using? Was he using the same version (or what version he was running) I know you said you don't know he setup but I'm trying to figure out what is different between your configuration and his. His works and yours doesn't. Maybe it is the version of the browser, maybe something else. You've ruled out an extension problem.

I was having problems logging into a site and found that I hadn't accepted cookies for that site so it was interfering with the login process. (they had captcha enabled)

This is all basic troubleshooting.

Like I said, I tried three browsers and a browser on my iPhone. All browsers are up to date, as I updated them to see if that was the problem. It persisted. Here is my Chrome version:

Version 112.0.5615.137 (Official Build) (arm64)

His setup I don't know. He won't reply for days. He is that way. Developer mode shows 4 resources that didn't load:

Just tried submitting using Duckduckgo:

[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 () (EXAMPLE.com, line 0)

I have other warnings saying I have a Content blocker preventing from displaying. There are no plugins for that app. Something is blocking sites, and it's affecting every browser I have.

What can I check in my router? What port blocking would do this?
