I can not get my Mac to recognize my “My Passport for Mac” external hard drive in Time Machine. It tells me there is no recognized place to back up to. I don’t know if the drive is full or because it’s my malwarebytes protection. I am using the latest version of operating software. Ventra. 13.3.1
