Apple billing problem

My Visa card is linked to my iPhone but it's not working no more. i tried different cards but still not working. i need help because i can't download any app from Appstore.

Apple ID billing problem with Visa cards Hello, I’m having a billing problem with my Apple ID. I’ve tried adding two different Visa cards, but Apple still shows a “Billing Problem” message. I only have these two cards, and unfortunately I don’t have the option to add another payment method. Both cards are valid and work for other payments. Could you please help me understand why this issue keeps occurring and how I can resolve it? Thank you in advance for your assistance.
